Bob Baldwin | Vice President

Bob’s work at MR focuses primarily on marketing, group sales, ticketing and membership programs. He has conducted audits of clients’ marketing and sales activities and provided a variety of recommendations for enhancement and improvement. Strategic initiatives encompass a comprehensive approach to maximizing market penetration, attendance, guest loyalty and per capita expenditures.
Bob joined MR in 2000 after spending almost thirty years with The Walt Disney Company in a variety of marketing, sales and operating positions. For a number of years, Bob managed the Company’s direct marketing programs for Parks and Resorts worldwide, including Customer Relationship Management activities, membership and affinity programs, corporate sales, magazine publishing and direct response. He also spent a significant amount of time in Japan and Europe while the Company was opening projects in those locations.

Bob has an MBA from the University of Southern California and serves on the Foundation Board of Directors at St. Joseph Hospital in Orange, California.
