Space
Park Bremen Announces Management Agreement
Signed with ProFun Management Group
Orlando,

It was announced today that California-based ProFun Management Group,
Inc. has been named as the management and operating company for
Space Center in Space Park Bremen, Germany's first integrated entertainment
and shopping center. Space Park Bremen is scheduled to open in Bremen,
Germany in late 2002. "We at Space Center are very excited
to have ProFun Management Group on board as our management company.
It was felt that the expertise this group of professionals brings
to the project would ensure a successful launch of this multi-faceted
endeavor," said Juri Schuchmann and Hans Lippelt, General Managers
of Space Park Bremen.
ProFun
Management Group provides professional operating and management
services to the leisure-time recreation industry worldwide. ProFun
Management Group previously provided full-time operating management
support to Volkswagen's highly touted Autostadt project in Wolfsburg,
Germany. The company is affiliated with Management Resources, an
experienced and highly respected full-service consulting company
based in Tustin, California that has provided operational consulting
services to the leisure industry since 1980. ProFun Management Group
has a quality team of experienced management experts from both continents,
headed by Mr. Mark Germyn, to address Space Center Bremen's management
and operational requirements.
Space
Park will be located in the city of Bremen located in northern Germany
adjacent to the A1 Autobahn, one of the most important traffic connections
in northern Germany. As the primary leisure and entertainment component
of Space Park, the 22,000 square meter Space Center will offer visitors
a theatrical voyage through outer space. Serving as an amusement
center and an interactive learning and entertainment center, Space
Center will be based on space explorations, space technology and
science fiction. The projected annual attendance for this unique
space experience is 1.5 million visitors.
In addition to Space Center, the development will include 44,000
square meters of retail area providing for a one-of-a-kind shopping
experience, a 10 screen multi-plex movie theater with 2,600 seats,
25 restaurants and a food court with 16 outlets with over 4,000
seats, an Inside Residence Hotel and a 2,100 square meter Fitness/Wellness
center. Space Park Bremen provides a large variety of areas for
corporate and private events of all sizes up to a maximum of 15,000
people. Over thirteen million visitors are expected to visit Space
Park Bremen annually.
With
the elegant full scale Ariane Rocket as an imposing icon, Space
Park Bremen promises to be Germany's departure gate for future discoveries,
an exciting destination for convenience shopping and family entertainment.
